Expanding into New Growth Areas: IAT Partners with LightWheel and Yusys Technologies to Establish a Joint Venture
On June 25, IAT Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 300825, hereinafter referred to as “IAT”), LightWheel Intelligence (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “LightWheel”), and Yusys Technologies Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 300674, hereinafter referred to as “Yusys Technologies”) jointly signed an Investment Agreement to establish a joint venture company. The joint venture will focus on artificial intelligence (AI) applications and intelligent robot development. Leveraging LightWheel’s capabilities in physical AI data and evaluation infrastructure, Yusys Technologies’ strengths in software development, data operations, and engineering delivery, as well as IAT’s extensive experience in automotive R&D, advanced manufacturing, and industrialization, the company aims to accelerate the implementation of AI technologies in real-world industrial scenarios.
